Puerto Colon is just a short stroll from our Tenerife holiday apartments located on the very pleasant easy walk along the coastal path between Los Americas and Fanabe, with restaurants bars and cafes all along the walk. Puerto Colon is an idyllic resort and once you have spent a day here you will not want to go anywhere else.
The resort has a wonderfull sandy beach, safe bathing and mountain views to die for, In fact every facility you could wish for from a top class location.
The Marina is one of the principle Marina's on the south of the island, servicing the needs of Los Americas, San Eugenio, Torviscus and Fanabe and is part of a very up-market modern development. Not only is it the centre for diving and boat excursions but also Power Boats, Yachts and Fishing Charter Boats for big game fishing are all berthed here, as well as the Catamarans which leave from this port for Whale watching trips between Tenerife and the Island of Gomera. The port is also known for the various statues that are placed around the Marina area.

Siam Park beats many records, but the one we are especially proud of is our exhilarating wave pool. We have the biggest waves in the world and the waves in our pool reach up to 3 metres high. You can ride the surf with them or feel them breaking gently at your feet on our beautiful white sandy beach. Playa de Fanabe beach
The large beach just a short stoll from our Tenerife holiday apartments has fine, dark sand and provides nice views. It has been awarded the Blue Flag status and is equipped with showers, toilet facilities, lifeguards and beach kiosks. You may also rent hammocks and umbrellas. There is a possibility of practicing water sports. Also, there is a big promenade with restaurants, big hotels and a tourist information office. A perfect spot to visit with your children.
Aqualand
A free bus service with pick up outside your Tenerife holiday apartments is available. It is about a 10 minute walk away. It is a world of water attractions for the whole family to enjoy, experience a mixture of water slides of all different shapes and sizes, from adrenaline rushes to moments of relax whilst watching the little ones enjoy themselves at their very own water playground, Children's Paradise, Aqualand has something for everyone. Monkey Park
A free bus service will collect you from outside Mare verde Tenerife holiday apartments.
Described as the "biggest little zoo in the World", the Monkey Park Tenerife is an international breeding centre for endangered species of primates. Do not miss the chance on your holiday in Tenerife to visit The Monkey park.
Where this zoo differs from others on Tenerife, and worldwide, is the fact that you can actually walk through the monkeys cages and feed them and all the animals you see in this zoo, and you will quickly see that each animal has its own favourite food.

Monkey Park houses a great collection of monkeys, with many different species on display within the park. You honestly haven't lived until you've had a Ring Tailed Lemur eating snacks from the palm of your hand. Sometimes some of the species get a lot bolder and will come and sit on your shoulder - especially the smaller monkeys, they have no qualms about jumping onto you and using their hands to reach into the bags of food.
